As church overseer, brother Lenin plays a vital role in guiding and nurturing the community. With a heart for service and leadership, he provides vision, support, and care to ensure the church operates with integrity and faithfulness.His responsibilities include overseeing ministry programs, mentoring leaders, and fostering a welcoming environment where members can grow in their faith. Through prayer, wisdom, and dedication, the Overseer strengthens the church’s mission and outreach.
Some of the Overseer’s duties include:
Spiritual Leadership: Teaching, preaching, and guiding the congregation
Pastoral Care: Providing counsel, encouragement, and support to members
Administrative Oversight: Managing church operations, finances, and programs
Team Mentorship: Training and empowering ministry leaders
Community Engagement: Building relationships within and beyond the church
